• Version 1.0.7: August 2009. A variety of bugs have been fixed and minor features added, including:
  • Compiler warnings under 64 bit architectures have been eliminated
  • A new color map preset has been added (map 16).
  • -trim works properly when the data has missing values.

• Version 1.0.6: April 2006. This corrects a number of bugs that have been found, including several issues reading some input files with missing values, and Macintosh format files. The "title" option has been fixed. Using the "trim" option with data files containing missing values now works propertly. Thanks to users who reported these problems.
• Version 1.0.5: August 2004. Workaround for limitation in the number of discrete map values allowed. The limit is now 200. Source code released.
• Version 1.0.4: April 2004. Fixed bugs in discrete scale bar generation. Added "-l" (log transform) and "-title" options.
• Version 1.0.3: Clarified 'size' specification in usage line. Data file parser deals with missing values and invalid formats somewhat more intelligently.
• Version 1.0.2: Feb 23 2003. Fixed bug (introduced in 1.0.1) in discrete map image creation that caused off-by-one errors in the color allocation.
• Version 1.0.1: Nov 5 2002. Fixed bugs in the -trim option.
• Version 1.0: July 2002. Initial public release.
